My sister worked at Walmart for over twelve years. This program hit home with her. I brought it because I know this is a piece of history that will show my students how big business works. I seen the first program on television and said how they could top that!
In this program CNBC looks at some of the lawsuits that Wal-mart had to deal with. They didn’t get into the heart of them they just touched a few of them. The thing I found most important was how smaller companies had to close because of Wal-Mart coming to town.
I know personally some stores that just couldn’t compete with Walmart and had to close. This program is very interesting and well put together. I love CNBC’s programs on television and DVD format.

1.Embed inspectors as workers in a work lenght where the measurements will be esckew if practices are not maintained for a length of time. example – month. 2.Recycle what you sell, especially what’s brought into the store; trash in the parking lots. 3. Have customers recycle packaging before they leave the store after purchased. store to vehicle to home shelf containers. 4. Organize through the web Group buyer trips. 5. Have a website open journal for each store through google.com. 6. Display soft drink can label information on the front of the vending machines. 7. Display website contact info. for each product on the shelf label. 8. Hang “please keep your costs low bring in a cart; it’s great exercise signs at smaller cart return racks. 9. Keep your parking lot clean- Please notify __ when trash can is full. 10. hang green plants in the store; watered by a robot watering train. 11. Remove and stop building the big rear parking lot walls. 12. add map a walmart bus trip – feature to your website. Finally, compete more with the Worse than Walmart store – Amazon.com
